For this addition of TOP TUNES, we catch up with and celebrate the return of Jordan Rakei to home soil. After setting camp up in Europe, we're very excited of the announcement that Jordan is finally back and that he will be immediately going into tour mode, playing a string of headline shows across Australia & NZ over February.

This has to be hands down one of our favorite artists and the fact he has came out of our backyard we call Australia, makes it even sweeter. For anyone not familiar, Jordan is one of the smoothest cats out there, a Brisbane based soul-singer, songwriter/producer that has been going from strength to strength. Going from national to international audiences, he is now pricking up a lot of attention over sea's finding global rotation on highly regarded stations like KCRW, 22Tracks, Soul Searching with Michael Ruetten & Kev Beadle’s Sonar Radio. Not to mention gracing international stages with the likes of Robert Glasper, Fat Freddys Drop, Roy Ayers and Mark de Clive Lowe.

Now, we know this is a show we will not be missing and we advise any of you to get along to the closest show to you, for some proper quality music. BUT for Sydneysiders we do have a chance for you to WIN your tickets! Simply message the Dane Club Facebook page and let us know why you and your best mate need to catch Jordan when his hits Sydney. For full tour dates head here.
